Controversial influencer Andrew Tate has announced he is setting up a charity to protect women against domestic violence after being banned from Facebook and Instagram.
On Wednesday, the former kickboxer, 35, released an hour-long “final message” on YouTube where he spoke about his future plans.
“The future for me, now that I will be a lot more selective with the social media I’ll be producing (if any at all), is I’m going to be starting a foundation,” the former Big Brother UK housemate said.
“The Tate Foundation is going to be dedicated to helping towards men’s mental health and also protecting women against violence from men.
“You’re going to see in the upcoming months and years that I’m not somebody doing this just for likes and views, but someone who genuinely has the capability to help people.
“I believed I was helping people via social media and if that’s going to be taken away from me, then I will continue my philanthropy in other realms.
“God has blessed me with fantastic wealth. It’s more money than I will ever personally need.
“I already was doing my philanthropy through encouraging men.
“If that’s going to be destroyed, then I’ve decided to start the Tate Foundation and specifically help with financial aid women, protection from violence primarily. And men’s mental health issues.”

Tate made headlines earlier this month after stunning the internet with his misogynstic views.
In a string of clips that went viral on TikTok, the disgraced influencer said women “belong in the home”, “can’t drive”, and are a “man’s property”.
In another clip he claimed women who are raped should “bear some responsibility”.
Videos of his comments have been watched over 11.6 billion times.
The internet personality was booted off Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube for violating the platforms’ hate speech policies.
Tate spoke about his ban during an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Tucker Carlson Tonight, available to stream on Flash.
“This is the first time someone has experienced this level of ban,” he told the program.
“They banned me simply because I had large swaths of the population agreeing to very traditional masculine values.
“I have a very traditionally masculine life. I have fast cars and a big house and a lot of money and a beautiful girlfriend, and they thought this was very, very threatening.
“And for some reason, they decided that it’s better if they annihilate me from the internet and replace me with somebody who’s more aligned with whatever they’re trying to purport.”
Back in 2016, Tate was kicked out of Big Brother after a video emerged of him hitting a woman with a belt.
And in 2017, he was slammed by mental health charities for saying depression “isn’t real”.
The Instagram ban came after YouTuber Daz Black slammed “monster” Tate in a video showing the kickboxer‘s misogynistic rants.
Daz, who has more than seven million subscribers on the platform, said he was recently approached by multiple women with alarming accusations against Tate.
He said he received “disturbing” videos he claimed show how Tate treats women and believes other men should treat women.

Daz fumes: “This is not the behaviour of a man... he gets off on hurting women and making them feel vulnerable.
“This is a very unhealthy man with a very unhealthy addiction to domination of women.”
