On the 22nd of December, Ariana Grande was clearly feeling nostalgic because she posted two videos on her Instagram in which she and her mother sung along in a duet. In perhaps what is the cutest video of all time, a young Ariana sings beside her mother.
Billboard’s Woman Of The Year posted one excerpt with the caption underneath: “What else would you like to sing? The next song.” She then goes on to tell her brother to “put it from the beginning, Frankie.”
And in the second clip, Grande looks at her mother with pride as she sings Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion’s song, “Tell him.” According to the 25-year-old, Grande and her mother still “sing this” to this day.

The 25-year-old pop star referred to her mother as still cute, “if not more so now.” It goes without question that this is a nice breath of positivity in Ariana Grande’s otherwise tumultuous life in recent months. When taking into account the Manchester Bombing last year, the death of her ex-boyfriend, and then her breakup with Pete Davidson, Ariana has been through tough times.

As it was previously reported, her ex-fiancé, Pete, took to his Instagram account with a post in which he appeared to insinuate that he was considering suicide. The star said on the ‘Gram that he was only staying on the earth for other people, and was finding it harder and harder every day.
Rumor has it that Ariana flew out to meet with Davidson after his warnings went viral. Recently, Pete also spoke about the way in which people continue to harass and bully him online, telling him to kill himself, despite knowing of his mental health struggles.
This all comes after Ariana and Pete broke off their short-lived engagement following Mac Miller’s death in September. Mac died several months after he and Ariana broke up, leading some people to believe that she inadvertently perpetuated his death.

Ariana received a litany of criticism online from trolls who laid at least some of the blame on her. However, as most know, only Mac was responsible for his own well-being, and not anyone else.
