Dynamic GWS Giants champion Toby Greene is offloading his Drummoyne home.
The decision comes amid the countdown to the birth of his first child with his partner Georgia Stirton. They stole the show at the Brownlow Awards in September after stepping out on the red carpet with Stirton displaying a baby bump.

Greene paid $1.84m for the two-bedroom Federation semi three-years ago.
He bought the century-old Thompson St home near the start of the Bay Run shortly after he secured a six-year extension with the Western Sydney club.
It has been listed with a $1.9m guide through Cobden & Hayson agents Mia Fredrix and Matthew Hayson for its November 18 auction.
The marketing suggests he’s made no material changes to the house with two bedrooms at the front, then the sole bathroom and dining area. The kitchen meets the living space which extends to a rear bricked courtyard on its 220sqm block.
Cobden & Hayson are marketing the home as “bayside charm”.
The marketing also talks of the home’s “intimate views over Iron Cove Bay”.

Drummoyne’s median house price is $2.6m, but $1.75m for the 16 two-bedroom house sales of the past year, according to PropTrack.
Greene’s house listing has had 1342 page views since marketing got underway.
Stirton, who is people and culture co-ordinator at MLC School Sydney, attended her first Brownlow Medal count with Greene in 2020.
They both were educated at Melbourne’s Wesley College.
After a stellar season for the Giants, Greene was named as All Australian captain. The first player to captain the AA team from GWS.
It’s been a quiet year for property moves at GWS since Greene’s former co-captain Stephen Coniglio purchased in Mosman late last year. Coniglio paid $2.9m for a 1940s duplex.
In May, Coniglio announced he and his wife Rebecca Demlakian were expecting their first child.
